ഇപ്പോഴുള്ള ഒരു ഫ്ലാറ്റ് ഇലും കയറാൻ ഒരു പാടും ഇല്ല . ഒരു വിവരവും ഇല്ലാത്ത കുറച്ച് വയസൻ അമ്മാവൻ കാരണ് സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ആയി നില്കുന്നത് . ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു പേര് എഴുതി ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു മൊബൈൽ നമ്പർ എഴുതി കൊടുത്ത് ഏതു കള്ളനും ഫ്ലാറ്റിൽ കയറാം. ഞാൻ താമസിക്കുന്ന ഫ്ലാറ്റിൽ ഒരു നൂറ് പ്രാവശ്യം ഇവരോട് ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ട് visitors വരുമ്പോൾ അവർ എഴുതുന്ന നമ്പറിൽ ഉദേണ് വിളിച്ചു നോക്കി verify ചെയ്യണം എന്നും. ഫ്ലാറ്റിൽ വിളിച്ചു ഇന്ന ആളെ കടത്തി വിടട്ടോ എന്ന് ചോദിക്കണം എന്ന് . ആര് കേൾക്കാൻ.

A major breakthrough was achieved, on Wednesday, in the Emma Gonsalvez murder that took place in the city in June. A 15-year-old boy surrendered at the city juvenile court in connection with the case, which was recently taken over from the city police by the Crime Branch-Criminal Investigation Department (CBCID). The police are likely to file murder charges against the youngster and suspect it was a murder for gain. The famous psychologist was found dead in her house in Egmore on the evening of June 13. The city police arrested Immanuel (46), nephew of Gonsalvez (82), on charges of murder and fabrication of will. However, the CBCID are now probing if the surrendered juvenile, who regularly went to Gonsalvez’s house to deliver electronic goods to Immanuel, might have committed the murder. The teenager’s father runs a business that includes the sale of electronic goods that Immanuel would often buy for his aunt. It is suspected that the teenager murdered the senior citizen and took away her gold jewellery, electronic items and other valuables. The police will probe if he committed the crime on Immanuel’s directions, after the teenager is taken into custody for questioning, said a CBCID officer. The psychologist lived alone in her seventh-floor flat on Dr. Cherian Crescent Road. Her relatives who found her dead on June 13 attempted to pass it off as natural death and organised a funeral the next day. After some other relatives raised suspicions, the Egmore police probed the matter. The post-mortem report revealed it was a case of murder due to strangulation.
