This is of such great use (all levels)! I have been climbing for 4 years but really neglected this side of training, and this really is the stretching basics for climbers! Thank you!

This feels like honestly some of the best information for athletes coming from a casual background. I work in food service and end up standing on my feet for ~7- 8 hrs a day, which has made the entire backside on my legs crazy tight and has caused a lot of pain in my back and hips. Not having a coach show me proper stretching positions and forms has made it so hard to even know where to start as far as developing more flexibility and stretching to avoid injury. In high school (10 years ago now) I was on cross country and our coach showed us some stretching routines which has helped me with some warm ups, but not much has stuck around since then. This will be massive for me moving forward and I'm really looking forward to see how much I can improve in these forms and how much deeper I'll eventually be able to go. Thank you!

thanks alot for this video. I am doing this on a daily basis to feel fresh, while 2 times a week I follow the principles of your strength flexibility video. My hamstrings and adductors already feel a lot smoother

Cheers. How do you advise we use the different levels? Do we pick one level and stick to it for a while or are the different levels targeting different stretches and different muscles?

How do these fit in with the Flexibility/Strength Sessions and the first Lower Body Mobility follow along?

This kind of session can be done daily because it's relatively low intensity. Same as the other follow along. Flexibility-strength is done on a less frequent basis.

for the last stretch, is there anything you would sub it out for? i can get my arm underneath the leg but cant bend at my waist at all
