so whoever wanna know..... this recipe was realllyyy great, and also got many praises regarding this. THANK YOU SO MUCH, this recipe makes about 15- 18 cupcakes. so its very good u can also double the recipe if u are making this for any event or party. i made these muffins and covered it with some melted nutella and sprinkled some crushed gems. but one thing i want to tell is that after adding the maida it was thick, even after adding 1tbsp milk i had to add 1 and 1/2 tbsp more to make a little smooth apart from that recipe was very good and really delicious.

ever since I bought an oven I have been trying to bake a perfect cake, failed every single time, the cake mostly ended up being too hard or sunken or wet, this is the first time in my life I followed the instructions as the youtuber has instructed and got the most perfect result ever. The tips in between helped so much! Replaced all purpose flour with wheat flour and sugar with a paste made soaking dates with warm milk and the muffins turned out so spongy and soft. Just that the top looked cracked. Thanks for the recipe

I've just tried the recipe.... I didn't have curd... i just add milk and then add 1tbsp gherkins juice (didn't have vinegar nor lemon juice)... due to lack of baking soda I should have triple the amt of baking powder.... i was very sceptic at first but guys believe me it was the best moist muffin recipe ever... i also have to. increase the cooking time by 5 min but it was worth it

The cupcake was yummy. But the batter was thick so added approx 5 spoon of milk for the desired consistency. I felt cupcakes little oily, but it was moist & soft. I was able to make 12 cupcakes with the mentioned qty in my cupcake tray. Overall, good recipe for beginners. Thanks for the recipe.

The sinking of muffins can be due to oven temperature, or over beating the batter or could be coz of expired baking powder. Could you please share the pictures with me. 😊

for a week in fridge, 2-3 days without. You can also freeze them, individually wrapping them in cling wrap, for a month or two. Just take it out, keep them in room temperature for sometime and it will be good to go. Hope this helps.

How long should we preheat the OTG? Should we use the lower coil or the upper and lower grill fan? I am a first time OTG user so I am kinda confused. And I love ur vids😘

Hi Sowmya You should preheat the oven for 10-15 minutes or till the time it reaches the temperature mentioned in the recipe. In my microwave I use the baking mode plus fan in which only lower rod works. Only in few bakes I turn the upper rod on that too for the last 5-10 minutes of my bake if I need more browning on top of the cake. And thank you so much for loving my content & supporting 😊🙏

🙏I would use multi grained flour and almond flour in equal quantities..and you still can get a soft spongy cake like texture. For flavors..you can add a 6 ounce container of Activia yogurt if you live in USA. The probiotics ,soda..baking powder..oil and plain yogurt and oil are agents that help in the rising of the batter. These muffins taste like heaven but their shelf life is very small. I made them twice and they lasted for just a day only. My advice make half the quantity. They taste really good. Must try
