The video is good! Many thanks to the author of the channel for the recommendations! The problem with many people is that they want to take a "magic pill" or get "secret knowledge" and immediately have skills and abilities. However, the truth of life is that knowledge, skills, and abilities do not come by themselves. You can't learn a foreign language without doing anything, without wasting your time and effort, just like you can't learn to ride a bike lying on a comfy couch, listening to lectures and watching videos about "modern methods of learning" on a bike. To really learn something, you have to really practice every day. You're going to fall down while you're learning, and you're going to get bumps - that's normal! The ups and downs of learning are an integral part of our lives. Motivation from success and depression from failure will always be your study companions. However, every student has problems in his or her studies that he or she lacks the knowledge to solve. It can be: poor memorization of words; no progress in language learning; the student can speak, but does not understand speech by ear; misunderstanding of grammar; incorrect pronunciation, etc. Agree that a problem you don't know how to solve is very demotivating. In order to find the answer to our question we have to spend a lot of time to read videos, articles and books by polyglots. In today's world, we have to solve problems as quickly as possible. I don't have time to study and analyze a huge amount of information. My goal is to master the basic knowledge of a foreign language as quickly as possible and already start earning money effectively in the international arena. I settled on the practical guide by Yuriy Ivantsiv " Polyglot's Notes: practical tips for learning foreign language". This book is always in my bag. If I have a problem while learning a language, I quickly find the answer in this book. There are many different techniques and tips for learning a foreign language in Polyglot Notes. I have made my own individual schedule and plan for language learning. Now I know what I am going to study, how I am going to study, when I am going to study and what results I am going to achieve. No problem could stop me! With an effective language learning plan my professional skills are more and more in demand internationally every day. Friends, don't stop there! Everyone has talents that millions of people around the world need! Learn the language and make your ideas and dreams come true! Thanks to the author of the channel for the informative and useful video! Your videos motivate me.

Wow, thank you for sharing your experience and motivation with learning a foreign language. Your approach to finding a practical guide and creating a personalized plan for language learning is inspiring. It's great to hear that you have found success and your professional skills are becoming more in demand as a result. We are glad that our channel was able to provide some useful information and motivation for you. Keep up the good work, and we hope you continue to achieve your language learning goals and make your ideas and dreams a reality.

If you would like to learn American accent, buy a American accent English learning book with MP3. If you would like to learn UK accent, buy a UK accent English learning book with MP3. If your English is in basic level, the level of this book must be a little higher than basic level learners. Listen to the MP3 EVERYDAY, but with one days’ off per week because your brain need one days’ off to organize what you are trying to learn. Keeping listening could be one month, two months (it depends on you!) until your ears are familiar with the MP3 content, with the accent, and with most of the pronunciation. In this way, you can NATURALLY get the pronunciation of some new vocabularies. And you also train your English listening. When your ears are familiar with the MP3 content, read contents of the English learning book LOUDLY and try to imitate the accent and pronounce every new vovabulary as best as you can. Read every article / contents of this book again and again until you can read it fluently. In this way, you train your speaking. P.S. If you cannot understand the book (by both listening and reading) you choose by 70%~80%, please learn with another book because this book is still too difficult for you. Good luck for your English learning!

So useful. Thanks. I can't hear any difference between ay and ây. Do you have any tips please?
@Kelly-mn8fd6 жыл бұрын
(With American pronunciation) ay is more like "eye-eee" and ây is more like the "a" in apple or "mate" So may sounds like "mai-eeeeee" or "my-eeeee" But mây sounds like the month "may" with a stressed vietnamese accent It's like the difference between "hai" for the ay sound and "hey" for the "ây" So what should be focused on is how you start the "a" sound for each

Mr. Phi, There is a confusion in pronouncing cua. In lesson 4 Initial consonant, your mouth is not rounded when you pronounce c as cuh. However, when you pronounce cua, you started with rounded mouth. Please enlighten me (perhaps enlighten us) over this confusion.:)
@LearnVietnameseWithSVFF7 жыл бұрын
+Ricky Wong. Thank you for your question! I rounded my mouth because of the vowel "ua" not because of the initial consonants!! When you pronounce the "ua" you have to move your lips forward, which means that your mouth should look rounded! :)
@ricwhk7 жыл бұрын
Does it apply to all rounded vowels? So whenever I see a rounded vowel, I should round my mouth to pronounce it ?
@LearnVietnameseWithSVFF7 жыл бұрын
how you shape your mouth is totally affected by the vowel. So you're right, any vowel require the rounded shape then you need to start the contain with also the rounded shape :D

Hi Sir, May I confirm whether eo is really a combination between 'air' and 'oh' or 'air' and 'o'?
@LearnVietnameseWithSVFF7 жыл бұрын
Ricky Wong it a combination of "e" (air) and "u" (like oo on too). It sounds like "ell" in "hell" without the "l" :)
@ricwhk7 жыл бұрын

I don't understand why uyê cannot stand alone. Isn't uyê ~ uy + ê?
@LearnVietnameseWithSVFF7 жыл бұрын
+Ricky Ương well, it can, but no meaningful words just have just "uyê" without the final consonants. :)
@ricwhk7 жыл бұрын
For example, you can pronounce ua so I can learn how to pronounce cua and mua without confusion. However, if uyê cannot be pronounced, I will have difficulty understanding how to pronounce uyên, uyêt, tuyên, etc......:) So do you confirm uyê can be pronounced as standalone like other clusters? :)
@LearnVietnameseWithSVFF7 жыл бұрын
When combined with some other final consonant, the vowel is affected. If the vowelcombinaw with the initial consonant such ash ua and cua, there will be no problem. however, Take this for example, o, oc. "o" in "oc" sound a lot shorter than "standing along. Uyê in uyên is sound longer than uyê in uyết. Sorry that I might be unclear in the clip, you can pronounce the sound separately "uyê", but there is no meaningful vocabulary that just has "uyê" without the final consonant. :D
@ricwhk7 жыл бұрын
Good!...Anyway, not easy to remember the pronunciation. To master, it, for eg. uyên, I have to record it, play it again, and pronounce it many times to remember. Also need to repeat it next day until it get registered in my mind.
