These abs exercises will target your deep core and abdominal muscles to build a stable and functional core. Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

Can i ask you a question? I am genuinely curious. What do you like about this ab workout? I have done so many other youtubers ab workouts and i find this very easy. I can barely feel anything. Do you like it because it is bit more chill and not so intense? 😊

@ Mhm! this isn’t the only workout of hers I’ve done but I’m not a very active person anymore like I used to be and honestly do not like working out 😂 but with slower and more focused based workouts it helps me not feel overwhelmed or tired so easily. When I first started at the start of January I did struggle a bit cause all I did was run, walk, and even cycle 30 minutes a day last year. Never focused on other parts of my body. So with this workout I can focus on working better at doing it properly and if it’s too easy I do it for a 2nd time or even a 3rd time. Hope that helps 😊

​@@reagentip2944 I would say that if you're not feeling anythign at all you're probably not doing it right. Make sure when you're lying down that your back is completely flat on the floor with no arch. It takes your core to keep it there for the whole exercise.

Thank you for this. As a 40+ apple body shape with a large chest, core workouts have always been very difficult and disheartening for me. But these shorter videos with deep core concentration are helping me make progress and feel more encouraged. Still can’t finish one, but I’m getting there!

I just wanted to thank you so much ❤ I have been following your workouts for the past maybe 5yrs, and got to my absolute best shape! I had stopped exercising when I was pregnant as I just couldnt handle it. Since then I have had a few health issues, but 2yrs postpartum, I am now ready to work and focus on myself once again! It is much harder to tone muscle and loose weight this time around, but with your workouts I ll be sure to get there! Thank you sooo much ❤

For those of us that have carried babies and been cleared for exercise after delivery it was never known to me that even though I didn’t have diastasis recti or any ab separation, I also wasn’t aware of how weak abdominal muscles get from the process of them stretching apart during the pregnancy process. With that being said whenever I have since then practiced exercises focusing on core and abs I could never keep my abs from doming out. Until Lily Sabri popped on my feed… I really just thought my abs were defective 😂 but something about her videos helped prepare my core for stability so that I could actually brace my abdominal section and not pooch out the whole time. Now holding my abs (even those around my back) feels so much more stable and strong. You’re a life changer Lily I hope you know that.

going to try to do this 1x a day plus eating healthier and exercising more Start: 5’0, 118 lb Day 1- did half of it Day 2- did the whole thing yay but it was hard update: so midterms were moved so I have been taking a lot of time studying so I will be back to doing this in two days

Love your videos, I've been doing them for almost 2 months and totally feeling and seeing results. And as a busy mom of 2 the short workouts really help, I am finally getting in the best shape of my life even if after two C-sections I don't fully feel my lower abs but I'm finally starting to feel confident in my own skin for the first time in a long time.
