Fantastic workout! It seems like not but there is also a cardio factor because the heart rates up with every exercise !🔥👍

yes, it's great to have a visual target. It's amazing how just a couple of inches can make a big difference to the burn 😊

I found it challenging and the muscles around my left knee don't contract or activate, for some reason. I can't release my inner hamstring and stretches don't help much.

@@barlatesbodyblitz Not really because that's not the only issue. 🤷🏽♀️ I'm going to try wall squats for a bit. I sprained my ankle two years ago and couldn't walk without the boot for a week. I suppose that affected the knee and the hip.

Awesome workout...loving lounge series...but should we do this workout alone or combined with other workouts...I have heard about total body workout helps loose weight and not just targeting certain areas...could you please guide on how to plan workouts daily..would be very helpful....
