Salam Mai ny weight lose phly kiya tha pr bhut mushkil sy kra thaa 1 hour walk 30 mint exercise our khany mai bhi control ky bad bhi week mai mushkil sy 4 kg hota tha pr ab phir brh gya hau our ab mai intermittent fasting ka soch rha kindly kuch suggestions den ky kese mai jldi weight loss kr skta at least month mai 6 8 kg to ho intermittent fasting sy Qky ab exercises our walk ka time nkalna mushkil ho jata esa kya kro kindly suggestions

Ap phir bhi lucky ky week mai 4kg loss kr leti mi bhttt strict diet kr ky bhi 4kg sy ziyda month mi ni kr sakti dont know the reason even walk aur exercise bhi proper kerti

@@RohanNoni eat 3 meals n 3 snacks but in small servings. Don't remain empty stomach. Just do light walk 45 minutes daily. Don't take any junk food or sugary stuff.
