Talasana 2:
It's all about standing tall and reaching for the sky. This move might seem simple, but it's a fantastic way to get your blood pumping and improve circulation throughout your body. Imagine it as a warm embrace that gives you better skin, improved oxygen flow, and a boost of vitality. It's like preparing yourself for the exciting journey ahead.
Utkatasana:
From there, we smoothly transition into Utkatasana - also known as the Chair Pose. This one's all about supercharging your core muscles, which is a key ingredient for achieving that enviable flat stomach. As you hold this pose, you're giving your muscles a solid challenge, building endurance that's bound to make a difference.
Standing Chakrasana:

It may also help burn fat but today I tried the first aasana.. I did it about 4-5 times.. and my god.. my colon was like empty in few mins after that.. I was super surprised and felt super relaxed

There are more intense yoga postures for a toned stomach. First 2-3 are not going to do anything. Just because the spine is stretched, doesn’t mean that it will lead to a flat stomach

Can people having BP [controlled by tablets] do all these aasans mentioned in this clip? Holding of breath should be avoided by BP patients is what I learnt at The Yoga Institute. Back then, I was in E group. But I caught up with BP from July 2021. I am presently aged 61.

Mam, can you do a video for fibromyalgia? My all body is in pain from neck till feet. I had over ten acupuncture treatments, took Chinese decoction tea, but nothing helped. I had two car accidents in four weeks with brain concussion and Meyer's disease since that I cannot recover. Many thanks!
