Wow 131lbs is great! That achievement proves that one does not have to spend hours and hours in the gym. Just half an hour to an hour daily and a balanced diet can make a world of difference. Congrats! I lost around 50lbs in my first year of doing TBP workouts "full time". I've had my ups and downs but I've kept the rhythm. Keep it up!

I am big fan of Team body project and lost 40 lbs but unfortunately i developed knee artheritis due to over use of knees and now I couldn't even do low impacts as it starts creating inflammation... I really miss doing these.. i am just 35😢
