This workout is competely bodyweght but can add weights to most exercises if you would prefer! Can be done at home or gym! HAVE FUN!
Come workout with me! Suitable for Gym or Home plus loads of regression options for all fitness levels and abilities :)
Workout:
10 Minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
20 Squats
20 Alternating Forward Lunges
20 Jump Squats (or 20 Suat into High Heel Raise for a low impact option)
Do as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes!
