I’ve just completed this workout for the first time. 1605 steps but I’m a bit older than Lucy (and nowhere near as fit!) So at age 74 I’m happy with that! Usually I do the belly and waist workouts as that’s where I have the extra fat. Love them all and am so grateful to my daughter for introducing Lucy’s workouts to me.

Thankyu, I normally do morning walk average 90 minutes three times a week. It's been raining n my regular walking paths are ery slippery. I decided to search for indoor exercises and found you. Loved it❤ I'll be visiting here regardless of the weather from now. Use this as my Pre- walk warm up exercise. Thank you n see you. Have a Lovely day! ❤❤❤❤

Love your indoor walking videos. I'm 80 so the 15 and 20 minute one are ideal. Just done 2 and feeling very sweaty. Thank you so much. I'm. Determenedcto still be walking when I'm 90 altho I do have spondylitis so my back is really stiff.

1761 steps for me. Im happy with that and feel good after the workout. Aged 66, noticing the muscles are tighter and steps are not as quick.

Good morning Lucy and friends. Really enjoyed this walking work out. I did a light jog during the marches and only then managed to get to 2100 steps 😅. But really good feeling afterwards and especially when it looks like a rainy day limiting chances of outdoor walking. Thank you so much Lucy, the best way to get Monday started ❤🙏

Really enjoy working out with you. Your voice is calm and encouraging. I have been doing double speed steps inbetween the exercises and during adverts and still only reach 1650 steps 🥴 I might try my husbands step counter to see if I get more on that lol.
