Love it! Don’t know if I will aspire to this. Single will probably be where I will dwell. I am convince that the club and mace work is the antidote to all of the shoulder problems in the bench press dominant, gym-bro world. The shoulder and scapular function which these tools require and develop is excellent.

Got a while before I’ll be trying this one but the coordination is truly impressive.

Hello Mark and community. I am working on the club/mace progression right now. Building up to 10 * 10 for inside pendulum/outside pendulum/pullover with a 6k club on each side. But what is the nerd math for pullovers? Is a 180 degree rotating pullover the same as a 180 degree alternating pullover? Right now I do volume cycles for: inside pullover 3Reps per set up to 20 Sets. The same for outside pullover and each arm. Gives me a total of 180 pullovers in a session with 20 sets at 3 Reps. Is this the recommended nerd math? Thanks and best wishes to all.

@@MarkWildman if I learn order with mace would it be easier to do it with a club of heavier weight.? Also should I get a adex mace and just choke on it when appropriate?

You say top hand past opposite ear, but it appears like you are doing a *near side* cast similar to how meels or jori would be swung. Given the length of a mace this seems natural - is it just a mental cue or am I missing something

I was thinking the same exact thing. I see the hand going past the near ear, not the opposite. Perhaps Mark could elaborate on this.
