now im restartig my workout and trying to avoid my friend's invitation i gained about 2-3 inches in 1 week i guess rest is very important for the muscle to recover! i need help cause i want to dunk so bad ! i want to dunk on a 10 ft rim so i can easily dunk on 9ft rim

im 5'7 17 yrs old my vertical jump is about 25-30 i can only touch the backboard of a 10ft rim is there a chance that i can dunk ? im athletic and also a hardworking player. after doing random plyos and doing some workout before i lost 2 inches of my vert because of no proper rest

Why can I jump higher off 1 foot than 2 despite me training for 2 foot jump?? Should I just continue the 2 foot jump training or are some people just natural 1 footers??

Some people are just naturally better one foot jumpers but its probably your technique because you do get more explosive power with two feet.
