I have to say I just love how you are way more natural than other workout KZbinrs. you show your body natural wrinkles and you show how you get tired in workouts. you are just so real and that makes me believe in myself more.

This is a great workout! I’m a guy who has done the workout for a few days now, and I can feel the abductors getting much stronger! They’re real hard to workout in the gym, so I turned to the fitness girls on KZbin for some help, since girls incorporate elements of pilates and ballet into their workouts. Thank youuuu!

Doing this for a week! Day 1: ✅ really fun, my legs feel kinda sore! Day 2: ✅ really easy I don’t know if it’s gonna work cause it’s not hurting at all. Day 3:✅ I could feel it more on my outer thigh then inner

I'm 13 I'm trying to get small thighs for summer so i will be trying this + I've been doing one of your arm workouts for 3 weeks now and I did see changes right thight- 23cm left thight-23cm Day 1:✅ when im telling u it is TOATALLY INTENSE it is INTENSE cuz bro 😵 Day 2: ✅ getting easier but had cramps Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ I can't lie its easy at this point and Already SEEING improvements Day 5: ❌ I forgot Day 6: ❌ resting day Day 7: Day 8:

I liked the video in general, nevertheless I would prefer it to be more focused on the inner thigh. Especially at the beginning the focus was more on the outer than the inner thigh.

I don't understand why the bended lift and hold on the one side wasn't added to the end before switching, especially since we were working on that side. Found that counterproductive IMO

I think maybe you worked out in the wrong posture.There are many youtubers who can teach you the right way to do this exercise.You should learn to do in the right way because it will be more effective for your body than doing in the wrong way

@@chakibashi267 for me it took 2-3 weeks, it’s different for everyone else but i recommend keep doing it for 2 weeks and measure your thighs again!
