Dorian's training philosophy influenced so many people around the world (myself included). Heavy, hard training, take no prisoners mindset, warrior style. I love this throwback 💪 Absolutely no one did intensity better back in the "blood and guts" era of the 90s; a world beating physical transformation.... however it did result in career ending injuries. Keep up the great work 💪😎 ❤

Everyone is definitely different because If i don't do cardio before my weight lifting, i feel whack. And coffee, preworkout won't matter. I need that heart rate up and hot body sweating 🙌

Hi Lauralie, thank you for this video, Will try. THE mental force is very important in this case and it will be nice experience. I want to ask you, in the beginning you say that , off season and on season is very different . Off season you try to put strength and muscle mass. İn the season what s the difference for workout for you? We eat less and less calories and more cardio but I still work very hard for example I don't do something very different. I wanted ask to you 🙂😌💜

Dorian was also jacked up on tons of steroids which stimulate the muscle when the body is resting, therefore not requiring as much volume in the gym. Natural lifters are not going to make as many gains training a muscle group once a week with only a single hard set. They need to train more frequently to keep the muscle stimulated.

What does James think of this, does he approve ? Is James still training you after the last Olympia? Thanks for sharing , great video and great information , but you never really said if you liked it or not after the workout, and if you are going to follow the Dorian method of training for a while, or if it was just a 1 time thing to try. I want to try the Shawn R's workout plan to get as huge as he is, so the I can get a GF as cute as you, lol. Take care and thanks for the informative video's you share with everyone. Great job. PS maybe we shouldn't be studying while we're driving, but the courses look like they could be fun.

James is my nutritionist. I have always been working out and creating my own program along by being inspired by different techniques. This was a first and I have been sore for a week. It was completely different of what I am used to and diffinately will be doing 1 workout a week using this method. I will give a feedback 4-6 weeks to all of you !!
