I have osteoporosis, I am so delighted to have someone as you to help me with exercises and instruction, I also ordered the product you recommended for hip protection, as I want to continue to ski. I'm 69 and want to continue being active. Thank you ! .

Thank you for this! The arthritis in my hands is getting painful. Just recently started using a bean bag heated in the microwave for pain relief.

I've already aged. In my 70's now. This last year or two I have noticed my hands being stiff and painful at times, and not working like they used to. I used them for 55 years typing and or computer, gardening... Lots of use;) I still use a keyboard throughout the day and of course my phone. Is it too late to do these exercises?

Thanks for sharing, Margaret. I learned from my grand parent how to stretch and meditate since a little boy. I'm a genocide survivor under Pol Pot's dictatorship from 1975 to 1979. Happy Autumn from Minnesota!

Hi Margaret. I have refused osteo drugs until now. But I wear a brace for foot drop and have fallen and scared of breaking something. Is there a safer drug out there. Balance is always tough for foot drop.

Hi Silva, Breathing through your nose is very important for overall well being, whether you exercise or not. Also, I am doing an interview later today with the author of The Magnesium Miracle book. Wow! Who knew? I haven't done anything for my hands or wrists but will adopt (at least some of) these exercises. Do you know why the top part of my right index finger - from the top joint - bends toward my middle finger instead of straight up? (I'm right-handed.) It's not painful.
