I changed my mindset from "I have to do it" to "I GET TO DO IT" and now I love it, I miss it when I can't do it. I had surgery and couldn't exercise for 6weeks it's been torture. We get to do it. Let's get moving friends ❤

I have watched you for many years. Your videos have helped me so much and gave me many serendipitous moments. When I felt I was the only one who thought that way, you were there to tell me I'm not alone and here are things that can help.

I want to research the Mediterranean diet. I had a first time cardiac event recently which was frightening and the mediterraneann diet was mentioned. I agree "popping a pill" is not the way to go. This is a great segment, Mel. Thank you! ❤

💕💜💗I agreed with Chris-hearing "I love you" at the end of every episode from Mel Robbins feels heartwarming. Growing up in a household where affection was not openly expressed, those words hold so much weight for me. It’s a reminder of what I craved as a child but did not often hear, and now, it feels like a small but meaningful way to fill that emotional gap. Hearing "I love you" never gets old-a powerful affirmation that resonates deeply. I love you, @melrobbins! THANK YOU for sharing your life's purpose with us -- to leave this world a better place (Ralph Waldo Emerson). 💕💜💗

Thank you so much Mel, you have been life changing for me. Can you in the future talk about the stress levels in Americans during these difficult times of war and elections, family drama over who to vote for?

Hi Mel, please forgive me as my question is nothing to do with this podcast that I enjoyed watching. I have watched the Let them video several times now. What do you do to stop feeling hurt about what family members or friends do, like not being invited or and you feel left out. With me I go into the victimhood mentality which makes me feel worse. Its always me and on and on it goes in my head. Thank you for any advice you can give me. I’m 100% certain I will be watching this podcast episode again too. 😊

Regard to the topic I'd recommend to read the book "Atomic habits", author James Clear. Mel, you're, as usually, gorgeous

I switched off when the ‘expert’ said ‘minimise meat and dairy and focus on a plant based diet’ Mel this is disappointing.

I became vegan and have since had blood tests which show an improvement from normal to excellent results. We don't need meat or dairy.

Keto/Carnivore diet is better for humans. It is a better elimination diet, reduces inflammation, improves arthritis, depression, fibromyalgia, etc. My cardiologist told me to go keto/carnivore. There are many videos on YT. The food pyramid along with a low fat diet have been disastrous for our society’s health.
