@@WhiteTigerQigong I just learned I have been chosen from a waiting list to participate in a wildlife photography workshop in Canada. At 68, I am stiff and need to strengthen my body and restore joint mobility. I have nine months to loose 10 lbs and get in shape to take on the riggers of the workshop. At nine months, I am looking at this as a re-birth. I will be doing various White Tiger Qigong videos as well as cardio on my bike and the Mediterranean Diet eliminating sugar in all forms, to shed the 10 lbs. I am doing kettle bell workout videos as well as exercise bands and TRX workouts. I am easing into everything and increasing intensity slowly so my body has time to build and avoid any injury setbacks.
