At 5:20 you say that memory T cells recirculate unlike the naive T cells and that is the difference between them. But as far as I know, naive T cells also recirculate through the blood and the lymph

If a pathogen enters the body and an immune response is mounted thus giving rise to specific antibodies, do the antibodies then decline over time & leave the memory T-Cells lying in wait for the next attack of the same pathogen?
