‎Hey what's up everybody ?! Coach Gaby Here !
Were going to do a full body ( light weight ) home workout!
It'll hit your abs, arms, butt, it's for your entire body.
This workout can help anyone, at any age, and it does not require a gym membership.
If you have knees or back problems, this workout will be perfect for you too. It's entirely done standing so there's no bending over or floor work. Of course, you may always modify the workout for mobility issues.
Do this workout regularly and your body will thank you. The most important thing is regularly putting time into your fitness 😊

I do recommend that you consult with your physician seeing that you have a pre-exsisting condition💕☺

@MeredithShirkandSvelteTraining no pre-existing condition. Just a bit of arthritis so difficult to do on the floor exercises.

Yes, you can build muscle with light weights, especially if you're a beginner or looking to tone and define your muscles. While heavier weights are typically associated with muscle building, light weights can still be effective :) ♥
