Thank you for the excellent content! I find this way of breathing very similar to the breathing that Wim Hof (The Iceman) teaches, are they essentially the same?
@yogalap5 жыл бұрын
Dear Andrew, great to hear you are doing this powerful breathing technique. Yes it is basically the same breathing technique, this breathing technique is already very old. Wim Hof combines this technique with cold water immersions which is also very powerful and I would highly recommend. However, make sure you do not only practice strong breathing techniques, but also subtle and calming breathing techniques, otherwise your mind and energy will be all over the place and can lead to confusion. Wishing you peace and blessings, Michaël

@@yogalap Thanks Michael!
@IrinaDF5 жыл бұрын
Hi Andrew, I know Michael has already replied, however I have noticed a slight difference between Wim Hof and Michael's techniques. Wim Hof suggests to breathe 'fully in' and 'let it go' but not fully out. But Michael breathes powerfully in AND out. Michael's breathing out is more powerful, than Wim Hof's.

sir , i saw your earlier video .just had a small query . can we do advance breathing techniques as a householder.isnt it some of these breathing techniques are like infusing lot of energy into body which body may not be in a condition to do it .your teachings are super, i had doubts so was checking sir .
@yogalap4 жыл бұрын
Dear Dnyanesh. Yes you can, however, always do very gentle slow pranayama followed by meditation after doing strong pranayama to harmonize and balance the mind and energy system and to realise your higher Self. Peace and blessings, Michaël

@@yogalap sir, thanx a ton for the quick reply. is there a video of what all breathing exercises we should do early morning or evening, or both the times to keep ourselves in shape sir? plus also wanted to know where you learnt all these techniques or just wanted to know where your yoga journey started, when and how ? regards

Ηi I have a question do I only breathe in through the chest?
@yogalap4 жыл бұрын
No, from lowest part of abdomen (like from belly) up to top part of chest. Check this video how to breathe deeply: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qqrOZ619Zrp3aNU Peace and blessings 🙏❤️🌞
