I think I have understood the secret of your success. I leave the training itself here, but I have figured out the secret of a quick return. Do you always say you train at 4 a.m., meaning you go to bed early? I also started doing this now, I go to bed at 8 in the evening, get up at 4 in the morning, and to my surprise, the muscles began to grow very well, that is, like never before! So, by doing the right short intense workouts of no longer than 45 minutes, you need to recover well, and most importantly, go to bed earlier! Then the hormones work as efficiently as possible. At least be humble enough to mention the anabolic steroids and not pretend the supplements and diet plans are not going to make you Superman.

OK, well enough of the videos with the bullshitting and the interviews and can we get back to training and when I mean training not just one exercise like pull-ups and doing it the whole goddamn video talking shit the videos have gotten less and less training and more bullshit lately I can’t take it. I’m going to stop watching.
