Van Wyck is a face value kind of guy. Humble and polite, he exemplifies not only how Canadian bodybuilders face the game, but how respectful and decent and helpful he and most Canadian Body Builders are. Its good to put a guy like this on your podcast to remind those egomaniacs out there what humility and grace looks like in the pro ranks of the IFBB.
