I started my own small business with a ton of guidance from these and other Mike Andes videos! Shoutout to Mike for the Inspiration

What not to say to a random mechanic shop before getting pricing info, "Yah, go ahead and just do it".

Curious, how do you share estimate videos with clients? Usually they’re too large to send over email so..? Thanks!

Why not just rent/reserve a pickup truck from Uhaul & call it a day ?

There are plenty of trucks available for $7-9k in NC and SC. Just gotta look closer. Our 2 trucks cost 6800 total, have run great for 3+ years.

I've recently started my own landscaping company (it's almost 1 year old) but growing very rapidly. I have 12 years in the game and want to say your videos have helped me approach situations in a different light and have achieved great results. Your channel is very entertaining and your ambition is powerful. Dont stop doing what you're doing, Mike. On behalf of Rob Clarke of 6ixscape Landscaping 💪🏼🙏🏼

I'm crazy to then. I watch on 1.75x and if I ever met Mike in person, I'd probably wonder why he talks so slow.

We had a similar experience at Home Depot. They told us that we can call the hour before they close the day before we needed a skidsteer and the reservation would be good until the next morning. They said their policy was they only hold things for an hour. Zack is right they make it so hard to want to do business for with them.

We need something like a Small Business Network for TV with this type of content. Season 1, Season 2, etc. Mike should try to pitch Netflix. Mike, be sure to update us on your dump trailer that was moved and had a lock put on. Have you matched the VIN to make sure it's yours? Any video available from the facility? Confronting that guy would be a good episode.

Ya I was wondering if it was either not theirs or someone was goons try and steal/take possession of it.

Greetings from Cuba, a great series as is the content in general, I have already learned many things and I do not understand others, it is a pity that I am almost finished but it has helped me a lot 💪💪

Do you have pick a part or salvage yard in your state? Or Marketplace. that would save you tons of money. For bumps and a fender

Mike I’m disappointed. You didn’t open this like a new owner. You used your resources to move crews around and are spending thousands of dollars out of pocket that you claim you only need 5-10k to do. It just like you’re proving Augusta won’t work for many people.

“Shaq never apologized for being taller than everyone else in the NBA. Use what you got” (Just being funny.) I explained earlier in this challenge why I did it this way and invested a good chunk of money. Starting with $0 would mean most of the challenge would have been me doing the work. This month was to show scaling quickly … and that means spending money and having capital to invest

@@MikeAndes now that you mention it, I do recall that. Yes very true. The person who needs less money is because they will also become the GM. That’s right I remember now! Thank you for clarifying

$4k isn't too bad to get P2 fixed considering (depending on the mileage, though those trucks are pretty solid). It's a good thing the frame didn't get bent. Gotta get that airbag fault cleared that you mentioned two videos ago though... -G-Force

I'd be shocked if the final bill (for getting EVERYTHING fixed) is $4-$5k. From my experience, I believe it's north of $6k. As the son of a mechanic, the advice I'd give your guy: Underpromise and Overdeliver. Then you'll NEVER have to find work again. Giving you a potential completion date of Sat got your hopes up.
