Big ramy can match levrone. He shoulder press 5 plates on smith machine shoulder press. But he’s also alot bigger than levrone which makes levrone a bit more impressive i guess

I can definitely understand why you guys would be leaning towards Roelly Winklaar because its true, he has some of the best, if not THE best, triceps in the business today. I agree with you both there. But personally I've just always preferred the look of Kevin Levrone's triceps.

i can do 275 on smith behind neck and im on TRT. pretty happy with that. If I was on real juice Id be not far off what levrone/ramy are doing behind the neck :)

THAT BEHIND THE NECK LITTLE I CAN FEEL THE MUSCLE ACTIVATE USING SMITH MACHINE BECAUSE THE PRESSING MOVEMENT IS FIX THAN THE BARBELL USING BARBELL OVERHEAD PRESS CONFUSE MY SOLID MIND TO MUSCLE CONNECTION STANDING IS MORE CHALLENGE AND GOOD FOR OVERALL BODY ESPECIALLY CORE, MORE SHOULDER ACTIVATION THAN SITTING BUT SITTING OVERHEAD PRESS CAN FOCUS LIFT HEAVY THAN STANDING :)

risk of injury. Olympic lifting, while excellent for building full body strength and physiques, isn't the smartest option. Why doesnt phil heath barbell squat? why doesn't jay cutler BB shoulder press? the answer is simple: mitigating risk of injury.

Bcoz standing is core dominant, no back support, with a back support in a seated press you can focus solely on shoulders.

Half reps has its place it keeps tension on the muscle,and actually lactic acidosis forms quicker in the muscle.Ronnie Coleman did half reps plenty of times just look at Utube,plus I’ve never seen someone do half reps that couldn’t do full reps when they wanted to!

Larry is doing powerlifting and is heavier if levronne a d Coleman were trainingims poweifgers would smoke Larry ass especially in presses Ronnie also I squats , levronne was bencing 270 kg and was ripped less than 110 kg and behind shoulders press 180 ,and wasn't train ing for strength not using compounds for strength out put
