🙏🙏🙏 In 3 techniques me kuch Khaas ni hai... Ye saari technique "Complete Range Of Motion" ke uppar depend hai... Bisceps 2 muscles se build up hai-- inner biscep and outer biscep.. Hence,, Do Exercises-- shoulder width Curls and close grip curls... 🙏🙏🙏

@@vishalpanjeta12345 bicep ke different heads ko activate karne ke liye grip width matter nhi karti, aapki upper arm body ke pichhe ho gi to long head(outer) activate ho ga jese incline curls me, aur upper arm body ke aage ho gi to short head(inner) activate ho ga jese preacher curls me. Grip width nhi matter karti

You forgot neutral grip for brachialis. Like hammer curls. Also the effect of supinating from neutral in the ROM

Bicep muscle has only one movement that is to bend our forearm in supinated or in pronated forearm position it doesn't matter where your shoulders start at

180 degree se Arm compression start hoyega 30 degree tak... Toh shoulder ka kya Role hai chahe humari Arm aage ho yaa peche... ??? Kaam toh biscep kar rahi hai isme... Shoulder just attached hai iske saath....

There are 2 heads in Bisceps... Inner and Outer Toh uss hisaab se Exercises honi chahiye....

Biceps brachii function is elbow flexion and if you are doing it on incline than your rare delt will work with it and if you are doing it on preacher than it's shoulder extension so if do your back exercise intensely and take optimum amount of macros n micros than slowly ur wholebody will be benefited

3 exercises is enough if you're doing biceps on pull day which is back biceps , dumbell curl/barbell curl, dumbell or barbell hammer curl, 3rd movement is Reverse barbell curl, do 3 of these

Do any one exercise for bicep in one day if you are doing it with pull exercises, bicep is a small muscle so you don't need 3 exercise to achieve hypertrophy

I have a doubt Spider curls, standing curls aur inclined bench curls mein to middle part of biceps pe zyada load aata hai to resistance point vary kese karega !kyunki jab hamara forearm ground level ke parallel hota hai tab tino exercise mein same resistance point Banta hai middle of the bicep So acc to me Upper part of bicep pe resistance laane ke liye cable curls firr middle part pe tension laane ke liye standing bicep curls with dmbl Aur lower bicep pe resistance point place krne ke liye preacher curls Am I right ? Try if u can reply spending ur precious time Love u sir u r amazing 😊
