Started on 6th March 2024, lost 1.5kg after a week with a calorie deficit diet. I dont count the calorie but usually drink shakes/ a bowl of cereal in the morning then I skip lunch and for dinner i eat whatever I want. My tummy has reduced significantly and I will continue doing for another week and update on the progress!

@@Wompwompquack Let me share you my timetable: at first cumin water then nothing for 20 mins and this exercise and little bit skincare , lunch at 11 am and again exercise at 3 pm between this I only drink water and some snacks (no junk food or oily food) then study milk tea around 8pm (you can drink any other thing) then from 9:30 to 10pm exercise and some social media and skincare then sleep Thats it

Thank you Mizi!! I have been doing this workout for about 3 months(?) And I was 211 lbs (96kg) And now i weigh in at 185 lbs (84kg) to people asking if it works. It does!! Thank you again Mizi. EDIT: I have gained the weight back. (it is 100% my fault, nothing to do with Mizi or her content.) So, i'm doing this workout every other day (Or every day) untill April 2024. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT I DON'T DO THE ENTIRE 30 MINUTES IN ONE ROUND, I DO 10 TAKE A BREAK, AND SO ON. (I still do the entire workout in 1 day though.) DAY 1: I felt way more relaxed after the workout, and it did kinda feel like I lost an inch or 2(?) (This is likely not true.) To the people asking what diet I did: I didn't really do a diet. I just made sure half my plate was vegetables and a 1/4 grain, 1/4 protein. I also stayed away from added sugar. (I still ate natural sugar.

Well, I walk to work and from work. That's about 9000 steps. My job also allows me to walk during the day. If I miss my walk, I watch a movie and také my earphones and walk around the room during the movie 😂. I can do 12000-16000 steps during one movie.

Day 1 complete, had to take breaks every 10 minutes and make variations of the movements due to lack of space and pain in arms from previous exercises but can’t wait for day 2. Burned 383 calories, would be more if I hadn’t taken breaks but I had to listen to my body☺️ edited: already completed 5 days, had to stop unfortunately due to personal reasons. Can’t wait to restart

Trying to lose weight for my wedding in January. I have pinched nerve so I can’t push myself too much. So far I have been using this exercise for 3 days in a row. I think this exercise works well for me! So let’s keep a track on it day by day💪 1st day: it was very hard. My body just wouldn’t listen to me. Coordinating my arms and legs were very hard for me. I had to pause so many times😅 2nd day: it was still really hard for me, but arms and legs coordination was so much better! 3rd day: getting easier for me and I didn’t pause as many as day 1 and 2! 4th day: time flew faster to me this time. Previously I had to drink in minute 15, this time in minute 22. Small progress! 5th day: it's a lot easier for me now! No need to pause in between! Starting to feel stronger💪 6th day: I could control my breathing better today. Starting to see some changes on my inner thighs and arms. 7th day: Can’t believe I have been doing this workout for a week! When I first did this workout, I got dizzy, but I don’t feel dizzy anymore now! I feel healthier and I think I have lost some of the fat! I decided to “graduate” from this workout and try to challenge myself to do longer workout now! Let’s keep this journey of losing weight going on!!

@@kyo2526 I haven’t started this particular workout yet. I came across this one just yesterday. I have my own workout routine but I will be including this one now . The diet is nothing special. Just avoiding junk food , sugar. I make try my best to eat food which has less calories and more of protein, fibre and , fruits and veggies . I eat in portion. Please understand I didn’t lose weight through this workout video but am planning to start this one since it’s a whole body fat loss workout.

day 1 : complete ! day 2 : complete ! day 3 : I walked 5k steps at the zoo and did the 10 min workout ! day 4 : rest but I still did 100 jumps jacks , 20 squats , 20 high knee and ran around the living room as much as I could (might do 10 min workout later)

다이어트때문에 맨날 짧은 영상들만 보다가 아 이건 좀 아닌것같다... 살이 너무 안빠지는것같다...하고 1시간짜리 찾아다가 하다가... 30분쯤 될때 멈추게되서....차라리 30분짜리 운동영상을 보고 하다가 늘리자 하고 찾아온게 이 영상인데.. 진짜... 1시간짜리 다 못해서 내가 이정도밖에 못하는건가...했는데.. 30분짜리로 하고 마지막까지 보니 달성감때문에 기분이 좋네요~

@@LaBelle22 I think that mizi exercises are my favorite type, as they do not make me suffer, but I did not continue for long. We traveled to a new country and I did not settle, but I will start the experiment this week, and I will tell you how I found it, but I advise you on that. I did this three times and saw a very slight change, but I took help, as I suffer from stubborn fat. In the upper back

Loved it!! The slow deliberate moves were PERFECT! Too many try to incorporate cardio and I think it really lessens the intensity of the muscle work

Ill update after 7 days! I’m 125 lbs and I’m 5’5, i miss my old body and I’m trying to achieve it. I’m doing this work out and eating under 1600 cals, hopefully i can get my old body back! This workout makes you sweat. Day 1: ✅ Day 2:✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ate more than 1600 cals Day 5:✅ Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ I lost 3 pounds in 1 week so if I do the 2nd week I would probably loose more! Idk if its the way I was eating or not but this workout definitely made me more toned! I recommend.

Hi Guys... Review after 1 week Really i'm impressed..when i start this workout my belly was 27.5 but currently my belly is 17 I can't believe my eyes because my belly was stubborn...and my weight at beginning 67 currently i'm 65 ... And i skipped 2 workouts because i met an accident few months ago so my bone is fracture so I can't give tooo much strain to my leg but i need to loss my weight ... really this workout helps me alot .. 1st & 2nd day i almost died guys really but i fell in love with these workouts...and i also follow diet..mrng carrot or beetroot juice+ one fruit and afternoon 1 bowl rice with lots of veggies and evening green tea+ fruits and night juice + fruits + black tea... I totally skipped milk because milk gains lots of weight so guys when ur in weight loss journey skip milk and diary products and i not even touch any junk foods .. & also at night i walk for an hour...all the best guys trust the process and u ❤❤❤ Thank You Mizi ❤ Love from 🇮🇳

Its been one month I am doing this kind of work out, I’ve lost so many inches especially on my arms, love handle and tummy, even though according to my weight scale I only lost 2kg, but I am satisfied with my inches lost, thanks for the video mizi!! Today this workout video came to my feed, and I started it. It was amazing I will take this 14 days challenge and will keep this comment updated. Day 1 (18/5/24) Completed! Day 2 (19/5/24) Completed! I'm proud of myself for not skipping it! Day 3 (20/5/24) Took few minutes of break after 15 minutes and then completed the whole exercise, sweating like hell! Day 4 (21/5/24) Good Job! Day 5 (22/5/24) Proud of myself, for showing up and completing it! Day 6 (23/5/24) Completed this exercise in 2 sets, after taking a small break but I completed it! took a long break due to my exam but I am resuming it. Day 7 (2/6/24) Completed it! Day 8 (8/6/24) I know i'm not able to do it on regular basis, but I'm doing my best. Good job!

My current weight - 82 My ideal weight - 60 My waist size - 38 My ideal waist size - 30 I will do the excercise and will update you Day 1- ✅I did another excercise which was meant for beginners but when I didn't my body got sore so hard (it was of 20min) Day 2-✅ I did this excercise and I didnt even realise when the time passed...my body feel lot better from yesterday's pain..I am sweating too much and this excercise is a hit boss!!! It's worth a try ... I will do this only and update you all for a month so hit a like for daily updates and transformation Day 3 - ✅i thought to try 20 min exercise but nothing happened no sweating..so i did this complete excercise...sp totally 50 min...i never knew i can do this much... tho my body sore so much I couldn't scratch my back but still i did...but year i could feel my body burning i van feel the heat coming from my body so that's mean the fat is burning...you all can also so just be determined!!!! Fighting 💪 Day 4 - ✅went pretty good i sweat s lot ... Currently I am including walking also because my muscles doesn't hurt much Day 5 - ✅ did it... and wanna do more so i will do that 12 min side fat burn out video...i am not focusing on changes right now...i will see the results 1 month later only... But one thing i can tell is that this excercise gonna be amazing because i sweat like hell rn... And i can feel heat from my body.. But i can feel heat coming from my body Day 12- ✅ did this without can other excercise Day 13- ✅ wasn't in mood so did walking for 25 min Day 14- ✅ did this only for 20 min Day 15 - just din normal walking I kinda stoped doing it ...it was time ok month....and I didnt had weight machine so couldn't check so I will start again and try to be regular 4 sept Day 1 -

My 31 min workout done along with a 1 min rest in every 5 mins...as i am a beginner never moved my body so much. Feeling so fresh and light already. Assigning my first day 6 August,2024. Going to take my body photo transformation. Taking a 15 day challenge will update soon. In thw first day it was almost impossible to complete this workout but within 3 days i completed thue whole workout without skipping any of them and this is very helpful for my weight loss journey thank you ❤
