Hello, excellent video. By any chance did you enable bluetooth audio using OBD11? My Leon mk2 has BT capability for phone calls but not audio streaming. I followed a video tutorial and it seems that ECU is recognizing bluetooth audio streaming (an ipod type icon appear next to battery and BT icons) but in the radio the BT audio option (button) does not appear. Thank you

Hey there! I'm afraid I never used OBDeleven to enable this as it was already working on mine. I have been asked this a lot about the Bluetooth only working for calls and not music, but I'm unsure how it's resolved. Hey, do you know by any chance how to change the tail lights from LED to Halogen? I bought different Led taillights and the break lights instead of the normal ones are activated now.

I'm not too sure I'm afraid. Are they genuine SEAT led taillights? I take it you mean the bright brake lights up lit up even when the brake isn't activated? So the bright and dim rear lights are working back to front in a way.

Hi mate, do you know if I'd be able to turn on my indicators on the front headlights to stay on a bit like USDM for my 2004 Leon Cupra?

Not 100% sure mate, I couldn't seem to get it to work on mine even, though I know it can be done on the MK2's somehow. If ur part of any Facebook groups (MK1 owners etc) asking on there, someone might know. Sorry I can't be of any more help. Really appreciate you watching and subbing 👍🏻

I'm not 100% sure myself, but I've heard reports there has been pre facelift owners that have the coming home lights already activated. So I imagine it is possible to activate it 👍🏻

By the way - I've recently bought a 2.0 200hp Leon fr with BWA engine - what cheap maintenance replacement/changes is it worth doing besides oil/filter changes? I've only heard of replacing oil pump for the 1.8t or 1.9TDI version - what is your opinion on that, which one would you choose?

@@kufal22 MK2 Leon owners group UK is a good group, but always use the search bar at the top of the group to check for questions previously asked questions 👍🏻 As for diesel maintenance, I'm afraid I'm not clued up on them mate 😬

What does it really do when you activate the highway lights function? I have activated it in my seat leon mk2 with bixenon + afs and with light and rain sensor, I have translated it but I have not seen what its function really does, I have it could you explain? greetings

So when you activate the automatic coming home lights function, in OBDeleven, it means you when you get out the car in the dark or low light it will automatically put the headlights on for the time specified, by using the light sensor as guidance. Normally, without the settings changed, the headlights will only come on for a specified time if you pull the headlight stalk towards you first, as you get out. A setting controlled in the cars MFD on the dash. Hope that makes sense, thank you for watching 👍🏻

It is that I have activated it but I do not know how it really works if it is when it goes over 110km / h with the low beam it activates the long ones automatically or it is when I activate them from the lever, it gains those extra 70 meters

Ah my apologies, was confused with what bit you meant. I think the highway lights 'app' costing 10 credits is to increase the distance of the headlight beam (+70m for speeds above 110km/h). I've never tried this option before, and it may be already activate, but I've not noticed it working. Hope this helps.

@@alexFR2504 yeah I'm not too sure. It may already be activated on your car. But what it could be is the MK2 Leon doesn't have the hardware for this function to actually work, but the settings are there for it. Like the lowering of the wing mirror in reverse, it has the option for the MK2 Leon, but doesn't work when switched on. So could be the same for this app I'm afraid.

@@robb80 there's a DRL option in the cars MFD menu somewhere, no need to have Carista or OBDeleven plugged in. Check that 1st to make sure they're 'ticked', if the option isn't there, it may need activated in the OBDeleven app, think it would be 'central electrics' or something along that line of module, then scroll through until u find the DRL option. That's the only 2 things I can think of 🤞🏻(oh and if they're LEDs, then try normal bulbs for just now in case the LEDs are the issue)
