If you're in the UK then I'd highly recommend heading to your nearest Waitrose - they have a wild amount of plant based ice creams!! Thank you so much for this session it was precisely what my body and mind needed. Thank you Bre ❤️🙏 I would love it if you made a few more different sessions for moon cycle days. I find this one perfect for day 1, it would be great to see a couple more for day 2 & 3 when we tend to feel a bit less crampy and could add a little more movement. In any case, I do this practice every month without fail and I'm very grateful that you thought of that 🙏 I recommended it to all my girlfriends, who loved it too ❤️

@@CycleCoachAcademy thank you for asking! Definitely moderate yoga, standing balances, a bit more active & energising session but still suitable for Moon cycle (meaning no downward dogs and other poses which might not be right for this time of the month) 🙏💚

I haven't had my period for almost 2 years. But now I've finally reached a point where I feel safe and hey presto, my period was finally back. I celebrated with this flow, which I added to my "I want to try it" yoga playlist during that time for motivation. Thank you for this great flow and the sweet words. (I also ate a lot of plant-based ice cream yesterday 😂❤)

It’s my second moon cycle doing this, and my life has already improved radically in that one month’s time!!! In only one month and the change is already radical. It might be because of the care I took of my own body during this so powerful time of the month., thanks to you and I (your offering of movements and my disposition to follow you). I am stoked to see what the next lunar month of mine will bring to me. Thanks Bre for accompanying us. I always have serious pain on my moon. I tried a lot of different yoga videos, thought, I needed to "fight" the pain and stretch it out, whatever - I was using way too much pressure on myself. Your video is the first one that really works for me - in the beginning and trough the session it´s already a lot less uncomfortable for me, and a few minutes after the session a lot of my pain just disappears. Amazing. I feel grounded, more relaxed, there is also less tension in my mind. Thank you so much for sharing this and showing a very slow a gentle approach. Much love to you

As a suggestion for the abdominal massage, the iliocecal valve is at the beginning point (right lower quad) and pressing there can create pain and funky kick-backs in the tissue; also, it's a great place (bilaterally) to access the psoas muscle for further low back and pelvic ease. I am going to get some plant ice cream; your excitement is contagious. Love to you 🙏

I'm pretty sure I've commented on this video before but I just can't get enough-this should be part of a school class because I could have used this ever since I started moon cycles when I was really young. Even yoga in general has been a huge discovery for me but especially the knowledge you share here about Moon cycles. 🌒

Hi guys! Thank you for much for all these classes, I’ve been following you since the start of lockdown and discovered yoga with you, and today it’s definitely a part of my daily life, I meet you on the mat every morning (thought video at least) I had a question, I may have not took care enough while practicing at the beginning, along with my attempts on handstand, and I have a pain in the right wrist that doesn’t seems to heal much since a few months. Any tips on how to help the recovery on this one? Thank you and and thank you again for all this wonderful content 🙏

we will do a video on wrist pain soon! in the mean time we cannot give specific tips for you over a comment besides rest, perhaps ice, take it easy and see a chiropractor. generally speaking if the pain is on the inside of the wrist (thumb side) it is ok. if it is on the outside it is no good and you should have someone take a look 🙏

Breathe, you always make me giggle with your comments and I am glad that you include them in your classes (specifically the ice cream in this video and the boogers flying in breathwork comments or when Flow says "so that means, SQUEEZE your butt cheeks!"). As for the PLANT-BASED ICE-CREAM, I was already hooked on them when we took dairy out of our diet. However, it has become a full addiction now that I have found HagenDaz and Ben&Jerry by the pint at all the local grocery stores and convenience stores. I too can reach the bottom of a pint without blinking while on my moon cycle. I've made my own with the frozen banana recipe and they are good but the pre-made pints allow me to slip into my happy place. There is usually a happy dance when my favourite kind is in stock. P.S. My fiancé has to hide his share or else I will eat that too :) Please keep doing what you guys are doing, we are following you and will be joining your patreon when we are ready for the next step. You gave us more than enough content on KZbin for free to start our Yogi journey. THANK-YOU!!!!! NAMASTE.

Hello Bre! :) what is your favorite plan based ice cream? I ask you because the majority of ice creams that I know from my local store don’t seem very healthy/ are full of gums and chemicals to substitute the dairy. Thank you for your classes and I always enjoy them so much! ❤️

I'm dairy intolerant so only buy plant based ones but my favourite are coconut cream based ones (soy doesn't agree with my body) a supermarket here in Australia called Coles sell one of their own, it's a chocolate and peanut caramel swirl one and OMG it's SOOOOO GOOD 🤤 my hubby and I had some last night with a clean sweet potato brownie heated! Nom Nom!
