At 79 I am starting to exercise! I was very active when young. During my work I had multiple fractures including three back surgeries. However, after retirement I slowly became more depressed and my meal of choice was a bag of crunchy Cheetos and a large chocolate bar. I’m a mess!!! This is my second day with you and you are absolutely fantastic. I am determined to lose weight and gain mobility. You are VERY inspiring. Thank you for offering this to us. You are a blessing! 😇 Lyn

I am 78 and have a neurological problem t i find you seated eercises for seniors very helpfull i find i feel very relaxed after a session and y stiffness in my legs is getting better gradually i recommend the leg exercises seated.

I'm 69, I've worked on my lower back issues with another of your videos, and saw good results. As I'm getting older, not very physically active and overweight, having aches and pains in my whole body. thought I'd try this video! Thanks. I'm almost in the same boat, minus the 02. Biggest problem in latter years has been unwillingness to accept that I'm just a little out of shape again while can barely manage 1 pushup, if that now. Best learn to be patient and avoid another "sports" injury

I am so glad I discovered your videos. I am 78 years old with osteoporosis arthritis and multi degenerative disk disease. I have been doing your exercises for two weeks daily and it has really made a positive difference in how I feel and allows me to accomplish so much more in my daily chores. I also do the balance workout and hopefully will see a difference. I hope to add the weight workout to my daily routine and I am happy that I can do it at home considering that covid has isolated us. Hi Mike . i have Lumber and sciatica pain i couldn't walk i sow your exercise video then i follow step by step i feel little bet better i have pain on my lower hips. Pain goes on my left leg get numbness tingling burning now i m doing exercise two times a day thank you very much Mike. You are goof physiotherapy
