Release back tension and wind with my 30-minute morning yoga for back pain and digestion.
If you had a big meal that left you feeling sluggish and bloated? Or if you've woken up with a painful back from a heavy sleep? Then this will be the perfect morning yoga flow to kick-start your day in a positive and mindful way.
Yogis of all levels are welcome to take part in this class, as pose modifications will be offered to help make this flow comfortable for most students.

Thank you for a high quality, and nicely short morning class. I really enjoyed the spinal waves in this class. They are a bit difficult for me. Thank you for including the upward-facing dog in this, since i don't practice it normally (cause I can't do the flows with chatarunga). I would like to request a flow with multiple goddess poses. I haven't seen that pose in your classes for a while. This pose can be difficult when held for a long time, and I can't open my hips so wide that I have seen people normally do. It's probably just my hip anatomy. The class could also combine some moves to increase hip mobility. Also I am rabbling too much, but I would always love more flows with back strenghtening moves, for example, bird dog and locust and reverse tabletop. I have done some of your core classes with locust pose in it a couple of times, and I have found great progress within a couple of months. Locust pose is so so hard, because my thighs are so heavy, that I can only lift them a few centimeters from the ground.

Love the slower guidance into the poses with longer time to get into the posture. I think slower, longer held postures causes less injuries. Nice class! Thank you for sharing. 👏❤
