Day 1 :- Completed Day 2 :- Completed Day 3 :- Completed My thighs have been sore from Day 1, but once again, no pain no gain. If you want change, then you have to do it. Day 4 :- Done Couldn't do it previous five days because of work but I am back to this routine now. My mouth feels dry after working out. Day 5 :- Completed

Hello Everyone! I will be starting this workout from today. I will update my progress everyday. And I will share the results after a week. So let's get it! ✅Day 1:- Completed Weight: 65.5 kg Thigh Measurements: 27 inches Pain: My legs are literally shivering right now. They hurt a lot. I doubt if i can walk properly or not. But on the other side of the coin, this is gonna be worth it. All this pain is for the good! ✅ Day 2:- Completed! - I swear the pain was real. Yesterday only legs shaked. Now even hands shake. Just found your channel and your workouts look great and easy to follow. The only feedback I would give is to stop stating “lose fat in X amount of days” in a certain body part. This is not factual and misleading.

Just started my first exercise from MIZI. Before this I did other exercises for thigh already, so its not that hard to complete this. Overall i manage to burn 104 kcal from this exercise. will continue for the rest of the week!

Day 1 =Completed my thighs felt sore and thats a good thing Day 2= i went for a long walk today so i did this but took an extra 10 seconds before i started the next exercise (personally i do see a difference my thighs look more toned and slimer already ill keep u updated:) Day 4=REST day Day 5= Completed I sweated alot but it was alot easier to complete Day 6=Completed burned a bit but was good

달리기 하러 가려는데 갑자기 비가 와서 이 운동을 따라했어요. 16분이라 가볍게 따라 했는데도 머리에서 땀이 뚝뚝 흐릅니다. 스티레칭 되는 자세가 많아서 러닝후 이완 및 하체 훈련용으로 따라하면 좋겠어요^^ 감사합니다♡

day 01 completed it wasnnnt easy i was shacking fr but it worth it ... i had a long walk the day after so get ride of the soreness day 02 completed it was easier than the first time but still shacking and sweating day 03 i take few breaks butt it was waaaay easier than the first time day 04 it was easy i never thought i would ever say that but i didnt skip any day 05 i took a break for few seconds honestly but i made it day 06 easy easy

Doing this workout everyday! For atleast a month so I can see the results 💕 Day 1: ✅ (my thighs were shaking by the end though) Day 2: ✅ I feel very accomplished lol (didn’t feel as tough as yesterday, maybe because I started my workout from this particular program) Day 3: ✅ I was feeling lazy but I still did it! Seems like it’s getting easier day by day

@@tripti1205 I forgot to update but I’ve been doing this along with the 30 min belly fat workout from mizi everyday. I just skipped on Sunday because it’s my rest and cheat day. I’ve been also watching my calories but it’s been just a week and the results aren’t really visible yet but I totally feel lighter after the workout and my friends say I’ve been looking skinnier although my weight hasn’t dropped yet. I’ll keep doing this for a month and update the results
