Just found your channel and your workouts look great and easy to follow. The only feedback I would give is to stop stating “lose fat in X amount of days” in a certain body part. This is not factual and misleading.

Hello Everyone! I will be starting this workout from today. I will update my progress everyday. And I will share the results after a week. So let's get it! ✅Day 1:- Completed Weight: 65.5 kg Thigh Measurements: 27 inches Pain: My legs are literally shivering right now. They hurt a lot. I doubt if i can walk properly or not. Day 1 =Completed my thighs felt sore and thats a good thing Day 2= i went for a long walk today so i did this but took an extra 10 seconds before i started the next exercise (personally i do see a difference my thighs look more toned and slimer already ill keep u updated:) Day 4=REST day Day 5= Completed I sweated alot but it was alot easier to complete Day 6=Completed burned a bit but was good

day 01 completed it wasnnnt easy i was shacking fr but it worth it ... i had a long walk the day after so get ride of the soreness day 02 completed it was easier than the first time but still shacking and sweating day 03 i take few breaks butt it was waaaay easier than the first time day 04 it was easy i never thought i would ever say that but i didnt skip any day 05 i took a break for few seconds honestly but i made it day 06 easy easy

달리기 하러 가려는데 갑자기 비가 와서 이 운동을 따라했어요. 16분이라 가볍게 따라 했는데도 머리에서 땀이 뚝뚝 흐릅니다. 스티레칭 되는 자세가 많아서 러닝후 이완 및 하체 훈련용으로 따라하면 좋겠어요^^ 감사합니다♡

I’m 13 and I currently weigh 43.75 kg. I’m doing MIZI’S BURN THIGH FAT and SLIMMER ARMS and some planking. Day 1: OH MY GOOOD its not even my legs that particularly hurt its just a bit numb, but ive been out of breath for an HOUR and I’m dizzy af wuuuuh K, also im trying to eat less now :33 hehe (have done ARM AND LEG workouts but not yet core gl to me woosh) Edit: I just did a core workout and I couldnt complete it cuz im so tired i only did 9 minutes instead of 11 Day 2: Now i feel the leg sores, bro i cant fricking even move without cramping and i have like a performance tmr, im so spent and cooked. I’m working on my diet, I didnt feel really well today so I planned on skipping but I didnt want to restart all over again. UHM. I havent done the core workouts idk if I’m gonna do it atp. I now weigh 43.30kg, guess I should eat less wuhh. Im not seeing the results for the arms yet but the legs, i can feel it, i can see it. Day 3: skipped, only did arm workout cuz erm i moped around in my bed all day and its like 10PM and i need 2 get to bed. I now weigh 43.80 cuz i ate too much bye how do i work on my diet omfg. Day 4: did it dk, i weight 44kg now, might stop cuz im getting really stressed and depressed abt school.😊

Squats n lunges will tone your body by adding muscles, not making them bigger. When you have more muscles, you’ll burn more calories at rest. Thats why weight lifting is also necessary to lose weight.
