Hi guys. I have not been able to communicate with the fam for a few months due to tech reasons but I never stopped exercising with you guys. In fact, April 2nd will be the 1st year anniversary of exercising with you guys 5 days a week without fail. I have thoroughly enjoyed the journey. The results speak for themselves. My 26 year old daughter and I went to the bank last Friday and the security guard thought we were sisters ( I am 64) We both cracked up laughing that was one heck of a compliment. Thanks Viv and thanks Mike for sharing your talents. Bless up to you both.

I have been enjoying your workouts lately, especially ones like this particular one. The no talking, timer count down, and muscle groups worked, and modified options are awesome and a huge draw for people! Oh and hi from West Coast Canada :)

This was probably my favourite workout of yours I have done so far. It just worked everything, and with the right intensity. And of course, loved the inclusion of the dumbbell exercises. A stellar workout!

Is it ok to lift light weights on consecutive days?

Hiya, it all depends on what you are training, how heavy you go and how you feel. I usually wouldn’t train more then 2 consecutive days with weights especially if I’m going heavier. Rest is essential to recovery & growth which makes your workouts more effective.
