Hey just a heads up that during the one minute break when it shows what’s up next it shows push-ups instead of the squats.

I love these 2 sessions full body and extra ab workout and ur dumbell workouts it's amazing. I list 3cm off my waist. Plussssss this happened from the 1st till now. Don't ever stop. Ur amazing!!! I'm obese and I can cope with this. It's really user friendly. And works

1st time getting back into the swing of things in about 6 months. This was the ticket I needed to get my butt back in a routine. Did a 1 mile walk after this one. Thank you 🎉

Agreed, it's a mixed bag for sure. I love the workouts but I often have to turn down the music. It's a lot of upbeat tunes (which is cool) but filled with toxic relationship lyrics

Awesome work out! Around 12:36 min there's a bit of a shift in the workout that's demonstrated vs the one that is being done. Thanks for all you do!

What dies your routine throiugh week look like hiw many and is it judt these 20 mins workouts ? I am trying to loose weight and tighten and tone as well

@heatherstinson3348 Well I first tried walking 30 min a day it works but it need time so I start doing dumbell workout I always do Mrs and Ms muscle workout so it took 20 to 30 min with warn up and stretching Hope that help u 🤍
