Hello. In this video, I suggest you really feel your shoulders and make your shoulders bigger and stronger over time. In order to gain muscle mass and build strength, you need to train with weights, thereby making a load and creating stress for the muscles. Therefore, it is necessary to use dumbbells, kettlebells and water bottles (any weight suitable in the house).
In the video, I showed 5 exercises for the shoulders. In this combination, they are especially good and involve all 3 beams of the deltoid muscles: anterior, middle and posterior. Choose a weight based on your physical fitness that will roughly correspond to my number of repetitions in the video and repeat after me!
Each exercise should be done slowly. The video shows the approximate number of sets and repetitions, as well as the rest time between them. This can be increased or decreased on an individual basis for each athlete.
Do not forget to warm up before training, and at the end of classes - to do a hitch (stretching). Also remember that the main criterion for the dream body is discipline, regular training, nutrition and recovery.
