Hey, this is a 4 Minute Power Triceps Workout!! This workout can be done anywhere and does not take much time, and you will feel the effect immediately.
The workout consists of 8 powerful triceps exercises and lasts 4 minutes with rest intervals between exercises of 10 seconds! For the complete destruction of the Triceps, I recommend doing 3-4 of these circles - this will be a complete workout.
This practice is perfect for people who do not have time or it is very limited, each person has 4-5 minutes a day of free time, so do not be lazy and start acting right now!
Discipline is essential in achieving your goals. If you want a beautiful athletic body, you must follow discipline, do not overeat (observe daily kcal), recover well, sleep at least 7-8 hours and of course exercise regularly!
