I have tried it my body get sore due to fast bowling so when you do light excercise your body warms up and soreness gets reduced but as your body again cools down soreness comes again.. So truth is ki kuch bhi kr lo agr jyada soreness h to 4 din lgte hi h pura jaane me and agr roj massage kro to 3 din me chli jaaegi us se phle nhi...

You didn’t train enough , a little bit soreness is always good , the soreness should not be excessive and not less.

Mai jab exercise krta hu to pain hota h. Thode der baad gym ke pain rehta h, lekin after 5-6 hrs pain gayab. Next day soreness bhi nahi hoti 😢. Mere dosto ke to hoti hai. Kya krna chahiye ?

Sir I stopped gym for years due to lockdown and had 1.5 years experience before that. When I resumed my workout from April 2022. I dont feel sore. I keep my diet check and do heavy lifting. Kya meri body recover hori h isliye sore nai fee hota?
