Help support this channel, shop the M&S Store. Extra 5% off with code KZbin: muscle.ms/MuscleStrengthStore READ THIS - This is certainly not the most entertaining full day of eating video we've posted but what it does show is the level of dedication required in the final stages of prep at this level. George is in his final week here, so he's been on restricted calories and increased cardio for at least 8 weeks prior. George is one of the most dedicated people we've worked with and it really shows in this video. For those of you who follow George, he WON the Tampa pro. A well-deserved win and we're very happy for him! Follow George: IG: instagram.com/georgep_dabull KZbin: kzbin.info/door/lCf13GV_SI_vQS-Xj3TeNQ

@@fruticetum Another stupid comment. Does every Pro/Amateur Bodybuilder who's ever taken steroids die early? Does everyone who smokes die early?
