@@jaredrobinson7057 based on a website... "You should weigh potatoes before cooking because, during the cooking process, they lose the water content, which concentrates nutrients. Raw potatoes contain 79% of water. Cooking potatoes in boiling water reduces water content to 77%, oven-baking reduces to 75%, and frying reduces to 39%."
@jaredrobinson7057
@jaredrobinson7057 Жыл бұрын
@@michaeldaugherty2293 as a bodybuilder you want to utilize the most complex carb you can to refuel you muscle and restore glycogen that you lose when you work out. Therefore weighing after cooked gives you the most carbohydrate you need to do that. You want to maximize as much carb you can get according to the cooked oz weight you are allowed to have in a meal. Again you want to remove what you don’t need by cooking the potatoes to maximize what you do need. Trust me as a body builder you make up the water you lose in the gallon of water a day you drink. I’d check the sources of this website you speak of.

There's a lot of people commenting on the amount of Pam being used. You should focus on the amount of food the guy is eating. He's being honest and that is rare on these KZbin videos. If you want to get big then you have to eat big. All these daft videos, made by influencers are ridiculous. They say "eat a small portion of rice with a small portion of chicken 6 times a day". This simply does not work. You need to eat good, high protein food, with carbs in large portions and have a proper steroid cycle. It really is that simple. This brother showed you what you need to be eating in a day and people focus on the Pam. Good video, man.
