I’ve been following the bodybuilding industry for well over 15+ years and just have to say Evan is the guru when it comes to food and nutrition grocery cooking. He literally does it all and his passion and enthusiasm is always great. It’s always nice to see someone who has the knowledge and, proper explanation to tell the bodybuilding community on how to eat healthier! And also get them gains

Evan is the man to listen. Knows a lot and is giveing his knowledge in a relatable way to most of them who are willing to listen close enough, pretty sure about that. And very respectful way of liveing is what Evan is practising: having a family and a great household, working a job, being hands on man on things that need to be done in everyday life dealing with things that have direct practical value (things to do on the yard etc); and still training and following the principles of bodybuilding lifestyle, and trying to keep things healthy at the same time. Very valuable person to bodybuilding scene and to the society in general.
