ഞാനും ഒരു നേരം കാർബ് അതും റാഗി. രണ്ടു മുട്ട, മുരിങ്ങയില തോരൻ. നട്സ്, ചിക്കൻ, മട്ടൻ. ബട്ടർ, വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ തേങ്ങ ഇതെല്ലാം എന്നും ഉണ്ടാവും. ഒരസുഖവുമില്ല. വയസ്സ് 49.

Breakfast at 11.00 am and dinner at 7 pm and in between a healthy snack at 4.00 pm is also good

I was diabetic when I was pregnant in 2011. But after delivery the sugar never went down. The fasting sugar was 150 always till 2022. My weight was 80 kgs and my age is now 48. I decided to bring down my weight and concentrate on diet. After hard work of 2 years from 2022 now I am 58 kgs with fasting sugar of 99. It was due to consistent exercise, gym ,walking 10000 steps a day and a strict diet called VFC diet which you have mentioned in an early video . Please be active and do dieting and wait patiently for the results. It is on your way.

Excellent information .. I have avoided all the grains. My decision was because of large glucose spikes after meal. I used a continuous glucose monitor and trained myself to keep the glucose spikes well below 130 Mg/Dl. Feel great. I think excessive glycation is harming all of us.
