Hi Christine, Thanks for sharing your personal life style. You look fabulous! I just turned 60 and am very fit for my age because I practice pilates 3-5 a week and I eat healthy. My diet is based on mediterranean food my entire life. Besides I like to cook and I cook almost everyday using fresh produce. I also bake my own bread! Thanks for the yoga books suggestions.
