Sunny ji! Please update some mistakes we do in gym as an beginners and also how to know about your current stamina. We all are good at some segment of body parts like someone may have strength in legs or arms or shoulders but other areas are weak. How to judge out your stamina specially for those people who have done gymming!

Whatever you can handle, and always try to increase the dumbbell weight after every set if you have the strength/energy for example, if you start your first set with 2.5kg try the next set with 4kg then 5kg whichever dumbbell is available
