Important point that I missed in the video: Kapalbati should always be done on empty stomach. It is better to do Kapalbati in the morning or evening, never in the afternoon.

Kapalbati should always be done on empty stomach. Hours or time difference does not really apply as some people digest fast and some not. As for making a video, every pranayama is different, so whenever I make a video on pranayama I usually mention about the hours in it. One rule does not apply on all the pranayamas.

Kapalbati should not be done in the afternoon, only in the morning or evening. It should be done on empty stomach. Every person's digestive system is different, so I can't give you a specific time to wait after eating. Type of food you eat is also different, sometimes you feel empty after 2 hours, sometimes it takes 5 hours. So, observe your body, make sure you are empty stomach. As fas as after is concerned, wait at least 20 minutes after your Pranayama practice to eat.

It depends, how long you are doing it. Add some core strengthening exercised to your routine. That will strengthen your lower back. Make sure to engage the lower right when you workout.

You should definitely clean your nostrils first thing, though …..
