One more comment did they do an update on the computer software I haven’t heard anybody talk about that I noticed that my actual software on the computer looks different when I started it up just would like your feedback on that

All they did was change the icon and a couple small bug fixes. But they are going to be at NAMM so I assume they have new gear to launch. Also they just emailed a survey saying they were making new hardware and wanted to know what matters to you. I did the survey. So something new is on the horizon

Does this work for any midi touchstrip inside maschine software or does it have to be a mk3 or maschine plus controller to perform fx?

That's a great question, i'm not sure. If i had to take a guess, i would think an external touchstrip would work and have to be mapped via midi to the parameters.
