Join us for an inside view on how important teamwork is to our athletes. The NN Running Team always carries out the message that running is a team sport and this documentary will tell you exactly why. It also zooms in on a certain aspect of teamwork, namely pacing, which has helped some of our athletes run world records.

ナイスランです👏👏👏 ともひろさんと話してたらエール始まってた😰 僕はワラーチでの初大会でした😊 同じく最初の1㎞3分50秒で突っ込んで後は70代トップの方と壮絶なるデットヒートでしたが、中盤で離されてしまい最後は追い上げましたが15秒及ばず負けました😅 結果は43分06でP B2分20更新で50代30位！　ワラーチの部多分優勝😅 けん玉さんは入賞惜しかったですね😅 10㎞は本当に苦しくて大変です😰 けん玉さんには遠く及びませんが、ワラーチと目立つTシャツ👕のおかげで沢山声をかけていただきました😁 僕もライアンさんにエール送れました😊 自宅から3㎞の超地元の大会、久々開催ありがとうございました😁 姫路城マラソン頑張って下さい👍 僕はこれからウルトラトレイルとウルトラマラソンへ向けて頑張ります😊
