This is the hardest workout i ever did 😅,but it did help me lose weight. I'm a South Indian and all we deal with is White rice. I managed to eat mindfully and a little more fiber veggies and fruits And just did this workout 5 times a week. I lost 4 kgs in a month. Makesure you're consistent 😉

This is a nice workout, but I will say for those of you looking to burn 500 calories: that would likely only happen probably if you're a beginner. This felt more like 300 max for an intermediate person. Thanks for the video.

I am a big fan of hard core HIIT workouts I do INSANITY workouts but wanted a change today. Was not sure in the beginning if I would enjoy this but you guys nailed it. Thank you
I started this 2 days ago and I'll update my weight in a month. I am a beginner so first 2 days I haven't completed the whole workout. my thoughts on this workout. ive been only doing this for 2 days but wow! what a change. even while not having a diet i stick to, it did help my body out. as someone who tends to switch workouts a lot because theyre so easy or boring, this workout is perfect. its so intense at first but it does include ab workout in which iiii love! i do this workout, and a 10 minute ab but ill be saying my progress. !! keep in mind ive been working out before! 1st day; it went well ... i liked it. 2nd day; my legs got a bit sore so make sure to stretch before!! but wow my ab line is well!

Hi there im going to do this workout for 2 months and will update it here ! Day 1 : ahhhh my legs aint working 😅my whole bidy is shivering but yea the feeling is wholesome ..feeling positive 🧬 Day 2 : my body is loving this workout ,I jus did 20 minutes today .I'm just following this HIIT workout along with 20 minute walk daily and a little portion control . Day 3 :i skipped cause i couldn't move mann 😅.i walked 10 km instaed . Day 4 : i skipped but took zumba class ..im skipping not because im being lazy but cause i know my nofy cant take this much of hiit as im a beginner .. Day 5 : finally im done with the workout ,it was way easier than the first day .my legs are again trembling ..im really happy today .the weather is pretty and making me blush again nd again 🧬. Day 8,9 : perfectly done with workout , i have noticed some changes in my belly area amd my legs too .they look kinda toned now 4th week : imma start this again,I skipped a whole week but no worries ..today was fun ..I'm almost perfect in the workout now ..imma update daily In sha Allah

I starter with chloe ting and now im stuck in here 3 monts and i like it but my knees hate workouts where is more than 20% on sit and lunge exercises... Ill try my best but they dont want to co operate with me. And hiit is still the fav workout style. Lost 5kg already would loose more when i would eat heathier and do more often workouts. But i love all the trainers here.

Just finished this. Super sloppy but completed. Have done plenty of high impact stuff before but this was my first organized HIIT workout. That was sooooo much fun!!! I see why people love this so much. Thank you @Nobadaddiction !

Bravo great job! I think you responded so beautifully to instructional criticism. Your exercise, workout background is great. Trying to lose weight and fit - NOBADADDICTION is the best option.... I'm that person who don't want to involve in any kind of physical activities...as my weight entered in "Overweight" scale,i have no other option other than be part of a physical activity... I searched for - how to lose weight workouts...and this pop up...a All i want to say is i saw god after completing one round... never felt so good before...i lost 10 kg in 6 months Along with some changes in my eating habits

im home from uni for a month and would like to log my progress in the comments here. today is december 10, 2024. im 5'4, 57 kg right now which is a lot for my former sports indulgences. i seemed to gained a lot of weight over the past year and would like to get back in shape and have a flatter tummy day 1 (10/12) : ✅ completed, but gave up on most of the exercises halfway. pretty difficult for the first day day 2 (11/12) :✅ day 3 (12/12) : ✅ day 4 (13/12) : ✅ day 5 (14/12) : ✖️, not in the mood, it's saturday day 6 (15/12):✅ did skating day 7 (16/12): ✖️ day 8 (17/12): ✅ a different 45 minute workout day 9 (18/12); ✅v30 minute killer cardio

dead. day 3 after 2w. i did half of it because i feel really bad but now i feel sad because i couldnt finish it!! i did a 15m workout right before this so im gonna try to do the hard one (this one) first then the 15m one because wooaah. ps the idea of "if i didnt quit for 2w and just did this i would probably be really close to my goal" is crazzyyy. 1 month of these workouts are my goal and i would begin to see changes by now if i have stuck to this so. yeaahh.

@@prongs2609 That's amazing. Don't be so hard on yourself. It doesn't matter how much you can fully make it through sometimes. Even if you stop halfway through the video on any particular day because your body was tapped out. That's ok, at least you're still doing what you can. We all have better days than others. Don't give up. Do 10 minutes one day, 20 the next. Increase your time as your body build strength. This idea that everyone will be able to fully complete some workouts is not true, not in the beginning. It is a process that we all work up to and it had taken me a little while to finally complete a 40 minute HIIT workout. You will get there. I hope you are doing well!

Not gonna lie.. I thought this would be easy breezy nacho-cheesy during lunch time workout on a Friday, but it wasn't. I may need a disco nap after work. And the fun rest breaks during round 1 dancing in between sets quickly became trying to catch my breath during mid workout in round 2 til about the end when all I kept doing was looking at was that completion bar, though. Haha. THANK YOU Nobadaddiction for this. :)
