About three yours ago i lost 25 kilos and now it all came back . I started today your workout did only 12 minutes . I couldnt do anymore because i throw up after stoping the exercise . Is it a normal reactiom cause even when i was slim i couldnt do cardio at all ?

@@markelacelo5668 even I lost 10 kgs in 2021 kept it off until 2022 but then gained 15 back and haven't been able to lose any. Started today and could only do 21 minutes of this. Got super sweaty yet still I feel fresh. I'm sad tho I couldn't complete the workout

Definitely a fan of this one. Minimal jumping means friendly on the knees. The HIIT segments included a few "breath catchers"/strength focused elements so you could actually go full bore on the cardio segments and recover between if you're not already in peak fitness (which I'm not, lol!). I did add weights to the punches at the end because I felt good, and finished with a ton of energy. Can't complain about that! Thanks for putting these together! May YT pay you well for it. You're helping a lot of people who either can't or won't go to the gym get the training we all benefit from!

I'm so glad I found this channel! Due to an arm injury, I haven't been able to do my regular workouts so I turned to KZbin and was doing walking workouts but they weren't challenging enough. I do this work out all every day and record with my Apple Watch, I burn anywhere between 260-290 calories, not 500. I do every step as it’s done and I still move around even with the 15 seconds break. I love his work out and I’m glad I found his channel

Eu me ENCONTREI nesse canal. Precisava emagrecer alguns kilos,mas nunca consegui fazer cardio. Achava que jamais ia conseguir treinar assim em casa... Aí eu coloquei a cara tapa e comecei a procurar um canal de cardio que fosse bom pra mim e encontrei esse! Me apaixonei desde o primeiro exercício e não fico mais sem!!! One of my favorite cardio it’s just perfect. The music is bagging and the moves are perfect. I now do it twice a week and burn about 350 calories. This week I added 2 pound and 4pound weights and was sweating like crazy. My favorite cardio 😊

Second time i do it! Short of time, this is one of the perfect workouts you have: 30 mins, but still so very pushy and sweaty! Although i like longer ones, your 30 mins are never disappointing and total must do!!!!!👍💪❤

@@IamSerious23 I don't have an exact diet or something, just wanted a change, so i stopped eating treats, fast food, i don't drink alcohol and sodas, and i eat smaller portions with more vegetables about 5 times a day, and no meal after 6pm. When i went down to 75kg i felt that i have energy and wanted to move, but i don't like running. Now i do exercises 5 times a week in my living room and after i finish my shower with cold water. Changed my life. At the beginning i felt so exhausted after 10 minutes, now i can finish a 40 min. Hiit without problem (my fav is the hiit). Sometimes i do some yoga as well. At the and of the day the most important thing to me is not feeling sorry for myself anymore, i did my best. Changed my mindset and now it's the natural living to me. If i can't do something, i modify the moves, but i never stop. Thank you soooo much one more time, i feel comfortable in my skin already. Take care of yourself and continue the good work ❤️ xoxo

Brilliant workout, I found the music of low frequency ( look it up it really helps stamina = positive = energy, we all have frequencies ), and it drained my energy a bit. But I shall learn this routine to put to my funky high frequency music. You guys really help me to get back on track! And I'm sharing these workouts, 🎉
