I'm in my third trimester with two toddlers & these 15-20 minute workouts are all I have time for these days. I love that they are just as challenging as the 30 minute ones!

Girl, you're amazing! I have a toddler and a 9month old and same here! I hardly ever have the opportunity to work out for longer than 25-30min, so I'm really thankful, that Team NML has us covered! Wishing you all the best!

This workout is the ultimate “gotcha”! I fully did NOTTTTTT expect it to be such a burner!! Lesson learned, lol! I did Bulgarians instead of split lunges because I was feeling crazy, and then held at the bottom of that

😂 I was feeling the same way about wishing I chose Build 30 leg day BUT at the end I felt so porous and strong of that incredibly efficient 20 minutes! Way to go!

We can always rely on NML to give us a good burn with only 20 minutes of work. I used 25lbs for the first time and was sweating at the end! Now feeling strong in body and spending time in the word for a strong sound mind!

You prove that a good workout isn't solely dependent on time. 20 min and it felt so good! I was able to move and strength train during a hectic week. I've been grumpy it's been hard to fit workouts during this Christmas season (albeit for good reasons) and this was perfect. Thank you! Also, Merry Christmas!

Never underestimate the BURN in a short workout! Ahhh..legs on fire but loved loved this format! I would LOVE to see more short ones that bring the FIRE like this one!

I fear what my legs are going to feel like tomorrow, but oh well... what's done is done! 😂 I was very thankful for Rachel's modifications on this one. This is about the length of time that my 5 month old is happy to play on the floor by herself so I appreciate these quick and effective workouts. Thank you!!

I love the queues for form and that you actually say what muscles to focus on. I sometimes get caught up in my thoughts and I’m not focused on the muscles I’m working in that moment.

I was doing the build 30, but on Day 4 I did not have 30 + 5 min cool down time. But I wanted to keep the momentum going and did this. This one was a burner. I will come back for this more Thank you Lindz & Rach for another awesome workout

Oh my goodness that was spicy! I only have 20lb dumbells so I’ve been wearing a weight vest during the workouts to go up in weight, and boy did I feel it! Such a good workout!

I did this yesterday after day 7 of Build 30 and was 🍌🍌🍌🔥🔥🔥 this definitely would have been a solid workout on it’s own, love to have it as a quick standalone workout in the future!

I have just stumbled across your quick workouts. Can I ask though, would these be considered strength or would they be considered cardio? I'm trying to add more strength to my workout routine but I'm not comfortable going to the gym to do that. I do my cardio at the gym with spin classes, burn zone and step aerobics. But, I find it difficult to get my weight training in at the gym because it's so crowded and there are always so many people there either taking up the machines OR the free weights. I want to add my strength training at home, but I feel like most of the workouts would be considered cardio, not necessarily strength. Maybe I'm looking at it wrong. Any advice?
