I'm in my third trimester with two toddlers & these 15-20 minute workouts are all I have time for these days. I love that they are just as challenging as the 30 minute ones!

This workout is the ultimate “gotcha”! I fully did NOTTTTTT expect it to be such a burner!! Lesson learned, lol! I did Bulgarians instead of split lunges because I was feeling crazy, and then held at the bottom of that

We can always rely on NML to give us a good burn with only 20 minutes of work. I used 25lbs for the first time and was sweating at the end! Now feeling strong in body and spending time in the word for a strong sound mind!

You prove that a good workout isn't solely dependent on time. 20 min and it felt so good! I was able to move and strength train during a hectic week. I have just stumbled across your quick workouts. Can I ask though, would these be considered strength or would they be considered cardio? I'm trying to add more strength to my workout routine but I'm not comfortable going to the gym to do that. I do my cardio at the gym with spin classes, burn zone and step aerobics. But, I find it difficult to get my weight training in at the gym because it's so crowded and there are always so many people there either taking up the machines OR the free weights. I want to add my strength training at home, but I feel like most of the workouts would be considered cardio, not necessarily strength. Maybe I'm looking at it wrong. Any advice?
