Tap in with us for a 30 minute full body dumbbell workout if you're looking build strength/muscle, endurance, and burn a lot of calories! All you need is a soft surface and a moderate to heavy pair of dumbbells . This workout is broken down into 2 total sets of 10 exercises with each set containing different variations of the same movement patterns. There are no big modifications for this workout but we recommend reducing the weight or even dropping to bodyweight if necessary. We recommend doing this workout at least 2-3 x per week for if you're looking to build strength/muscle mass and lose body fat. This workout is killer but the structure of the workout is even better. J&L have found the perfect recipe for at home workouts. As a follower, all my questions were answered. "I wonder how much time I have?" Quiet countdown clock "What muscle am I working out?" Quiet diagram showing "Is this almost over?" Subtle beep for 5 seconds left "Omg are we done yet?" Overall percentage tracker And best of all.......Y'ALL DIDNT SPEAK THE WHOLE TIME. lol That was game changer from having a perky "you got this" constant coaching. The music was chill and let me focus. A+!!!

i have seen and done so nany workouts ….. but trust me Juice & Toya workouts are beyond perfect… pre stretch post stretch each and every detailed posture and explanation with timer hats off respect keep going and keep motivating ❤️

Wondering if you guys could make another cardio workout? Last one was the bomb. Most workout videos barely give me any rest time, but you give me just enough to feel refreshed! Keep pushing, everyone!

I did NOT expect that I'd be able to get through the complete workout. But I did. I am a level above beginners but still very overweight so it was a pleasant surprise and a great boost of motivation! Thankyou for this workout. It is enough intensity to challenge your body yet well-paced enough to not make you give up!

I didn't see the 'switch at pause' part in the beginning few exercises so had to go back and complete the left side 🤦🏼‍♀️😂 either way I absolutely loved this workout! It was fun, sweaty and didn't feel anything like 30 mins!! Can't wait to try your other ones!! Thank you 💪🏻

vielen Dank. Ich 65 füge zum Stärkung der tiefen Muskulatur und das Gleichgewicht mein Balance Pad hinzu. Also stehend oben. Splits mit vordere oder hintere Fuß auf dem Pad. Genau wie beim Squad von oben von der Seite oder drüber starten. Ich habe 30 Jahre als Instructor gearbeitet. Und versuche mit euer Workouts mich durch mein Krebs nicht unter kriegen zulassen .

Really good! I'm older but the only mods I had to do were lighter weights, otherwise I kicked right along. Good to see another pairing on the exercise circuit!
